This year’s Procession has a new route. Floats, walking groups, cyclists and individuals are all invited to join in the fun and help raise more funds for local good causes.

A special occassion this year is the meet-up of the procession with the Salvation Army Household Troops Band in the town square! Together everyone will march together down to the Gill Nethercott Centre, where the band will peel off and the procession will continue down Winchester St and turn up Micheldever to the primary school.

Floats leave Ardglen at 1.30pm descend Evingar Road, pass through the town and the Square where the crowds throng the pavements, pass the Silk Mill, then finish at the grand carnival fair at the Primary School in Daniel Close for the grand carnival fair, where there will be fun, games, races, stalls and refreshments.

Hello everyone i hope you were all able to watch the events yesterday.Wow didnt the marching band move fast and the little children enjoyed themselves as well as the many mums dads and friends that made the day such a sucess.Well done again Whitchurch for supporting the hard work of the Festival Team.
